January 2026 release

Updated over a week ago

The new year kicks off with a focus on clarity and control. This January update brings smarter notifications so you only hear about what matters, a refined Resource Explorer for faster analysis, and a wave of usability improvements across the platform.

Here is what's new in Stable.

1. Smarter Email Notifications

Staying informed should not mean drowning in noise. We have reworked how email notifications behave so they deliver real value.

  • Notification Threshold: We have introduced a minimum threshold for email notifications to filter out low-value alerts. No more emails triggered by negligible amounts — you will only be notified when it actually matters.

2. Resource Explorer Enhancements

The Resource Explorer gets a significant upgrade to help you navigate your cloud resources more efficiently.

  • Improved Filtering & Performance: Resources at $0 outdated or resolved are now handled intelligently or hidden. Resources under $10 are hidden by default, and lazy loading ensures the explorer stays fast even with large datasets.

3. Usability & Stability

We continue to polish the everyday experience to keep your workflow smooth.

  • Actions Column Pinned Last: The Actions column now always appears as the last column in your tables, no matter how you configure your view — keeping your layout clean and consistent.

  • Column Content Display: Columns no longer crop their content. You can now see the full text in every cell without truncation, improving readability across all views.

  • Commitment Fixes: Several fixes have been applied to the Commitment Manager for a more reliable experience.

  • Cost Recommendation Fix: We resolved a 500 error that occurred when clicking the "Ignore" button in cost recommendations.
