The QuickSight user has not logged in for the last 30 days.
Expected Saving
QuickSight bills per active user/month — Author users cost $18/month (annual subscription), Reader users cost up to $5/month. Removing idle users directly eliminates those per-user charges.
Operational Impact
Breaking changes: The removed user immediately loses access to all QuickSight dashboards and datasets. Re-invitation is required to restore access.
