Overview
Global Search lets you navigate the entire Stable platform using your keyboard. Press Cmd+K (Mac) or Ctrl+K (Windows/Linux) from anywhere in the application to open the search palette.
What You Can Search For
Resources: Quickly find specific AWS resources by ID, name, or type.
Cost Recommendations: Search directly within a recommendation's resource list. The search bar scans all resources associated with a recommendation, not just the visible top-level entries.
Views: Jump directly to Cost Recommendations, Resource Explorer, Commitment Manager, or any other section.
Settings: Access platform settings and configuration options.
Accounts: Navigate to specific AWS account views.
How to Use
Press Cmd+K (Mac) or Ctrl+K (Windows/Linux) to open the search palette.
Start typing to filter results in real time.
Use arrow keys to navigate results and Enter to select.
Press Escape to close the search palette.
Search results are powered by an improved engine for faster and more accurate results, even across large inventories.
Global Search is designed for power users who want to analyze multiple resources quickly without clicking through menus. Combined with the Middle Mouse Button (or Ctrl+Click) to open links in new tabs, you can efficiently work across multiple resources simultaneously.
